Sense of Humor – When we stop playing, we start dying!

Workshop (4 1/2 Stars out of 5!)  25 March 2014 at Holiday Inn

All participants from public and private organisations enjoyed this humorous, entertaining yet educational workshop. It is not a “jokers” event but a workshop which focuses on skills that are essential to develop a well-rounded sense of humour. A sense of humour, which helps to cope with mounting stress at work, and elsewhere in life and which makes a significant contribution to our daily happiness and success in our jobs. No other workshop in South East Asia offers such a detailed path in showing what people need to do to fight or overcome humour deficits. Using humour has the added benefit of enhancing rapport and building teams. A sense of humour facilitates communication, builds relationships, provides perspectives and promotes performance at work – and reduces Stress!
